Overview

Uwalawu respects data privacy and protects business information used in our internal e-commerce operations. This policy explains how we use and safeguard information related to our own Amazon seller activities.

Business Purpose

Uwalawu is an independently operated e-commerce seller focused on drinkware and consumer household products. We operate our own Amazon seller account and use business information only to manage our own product listings, inventory, pricing, fulfillment, and order-related operations.

Amazon Data Use

We may use Amazon-approved APIs for internal business purposes, including product listing management, image URL management, inventory review, offer price management, inbound shipment tracking, and order-related operational analysis.

Amazon information is accessed only by authorized internal employees and is used only for the operation of Uwalawu's own Amazon seller account.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share Amazon seller data with outside parties. We do not provide Amazon seller services to other sellers, and we do not use Amazon data for any outside seller business.

Credential Security

API credentials, refresh tokens, access tokens, and other sensitive credentials are stored securely on the server side. They are not exposed in client-side code, public repositories, or application logs.

We use access controls, encrypted transmission, role-based permissions, and operational logs to protect data used in our internal systems.

Retention

Business records and operational data are retained only as needed for internal operations, account management, security, compliance, or legal obligations.
